1. Do i receive order confirmation and tracking after order ?

You receive immediate order confirmation (Thank you page with Order id) and Mail/ Whatsapp with details. (Check Spam mail if not received)

Every update from order dispatch, tracking link is sent on Mail, SMS and Whatsapp.

In case you don't receive, just whatsapp us.

 

2. How do I order the Products, do u take orders on whatsapp?

Products can be directly ordered on www.cotsandcuddles.com
In case of any issue with website order, DM us on whatsapp.

 

3. I received a damaged Product. What do i do ?

Very rare case of damage might happen in transit of courier. Record a video while opening the package and share with us on Whatsapp within 1 day of your order receipt. We immediately replace the product.

5. What is the timeline for delivery ?

Shipping:

Once order is received, we try our best to dispatch the order next day. Any delay in the order dispatch will be notified. Once Order is shipped, expected delivery date is in between 1 to 7 days within India depending on locations. Customers will receive delivery details via SMS & Email.

International (Outside India) – Shipped via reputed courier partners. Delivery expected within 7 to 10 days. Any delay will be notified.

Delivery Timeline (Generally):

Orders are dispatched from Mumbai. General Delivery Timeline is as below:

* Mumbai takes 2-3 days. Get in touch for same day delivery in Mumbai*.
* Metros take 3-5 days.
* Non-metros take 3-6 days depending on location.
