Replacement in case of damage in transit - Very rare case might happen of damage in transit. Replacement is provided only if product is received damaged in transit.
Opening Video is Must - Pls record opening video of the Parcel and show the item clearly and if found damaged we will replace it immediately.
Replacement, if any, will be done only for unused products on case to case basis with perfect box condition. The actual video of the product with repackaging showing items is to be shared. To and Fro shipping in such cases will be extra depending on parcel size.
